Three-layer corrugated board introduction
Three-layer corrugated cardboard is the most commonly used corrugated cardboard. This cardboard combines the characteristics of single-layer and double-layer cardboard. It also has sufficient rigidity and good shock absorption performance. It is effectively used to package fragile products and soft Products and hard products that require prevention of surface damage.

General packaging, logistics packaging, department store packaging, clothing packaging, clothing packaging, food packaging, wine, beverage packaging, health care packaging, tea packaging, cigarette packaging, cosmetics packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, gift packaging, jewelry packaging, electronic component packaging, Digital packaging, household appliances packaging, toy packaging, hardware accessories packaging.
Strength requirements of corrugated cardboard
1.1: Edge pressure strength: along the corrugated direction, the
maximum force that the corrugated board per unit length can
withstand before pressure feeding. Unit: N/m.
Edge compression strength = surface base paper comprehensive ring
compression strength + comprehensive corrugated paper ring
compression strength * shrinkage rate
Generally, the edge pressure calculation is based on the lowest
ring pressure strength of the base paper (safe and reliable), and
the actual test value will be appropriately greater than the
theoretical calculation value.
1.2: Bursting strength: the maximum external force that the corrugated
board per unit area can withstand evenly increased before it
ruptures. Unit: Kg/cm2.
Cardboard breaking strength = surface paper breaking strength +
medium grid paper breaking strength + bottom paper breaking
strength
*Due to a certain strength loss during the manufacturing process,
the actual test rupture strength will be less than the calculated
value by about 1 Kg/cm2.
1.3: Piercing strength: The new national standard GB6544-1999 has
cancelled the requirement for cardboard piercing strength.
